Weapons get stronger, technology has advanced substantially since the last world war. Humanity can’t afford another conflict likes those of the past.
There are many things that are An unfortunate reality in this world. Things we can’t just eliminate with the snap of finger or dropping of a bomb.
One of Trumps strengths (so far) is that he seems to know that. He is aware he can’t force all countries into compliance. People criticize his meeting of kim jong un. His ties to Putin. I think you have to work with the “enemy” At times, And create working relationships with them for the sake of peace.
Not to mention Trump nor any other president has clean hands, and the United States does a lot of grimy things to other countries you don’t see reported on in the media.
Let’s hope this can be a bright spot if we have another 4 years coming! Pray to whoever your God is that he continues down a path of attempting communication, and political pressure over violent pressure.

Its one of the few things I like about Donald Trump. Trump is very light handed militarily for a Republican (conservative). People should give credit on things that are positive.
if you dislike a politician, party, or even a family member! Try to see the positive, it softens the damage caused by the negative.
There are many things in this world we can not change in an eyes blink, or even In a generation.

We should all do our best to be kind ! Logical people, and hope to see incremental progress as years go by !
